You can delete your El Pikete account and all of its associated data at any time, directly from the app. Deleting your account is permanent and removes your personal information from our systems.

🗑️ How to delete your account from the app

1. Open the El Pikete app and sign in to your account.
2. Go to Profile.
3. Tap the Delete account button.
4. Confirm the action when prompted.

Once confirmed, your account and associated data are permanently deleted.

🧹 What data is deleted

• Your account data (name, email and phone number).
• Your saved recipients (Cuban phone numbers).
• Your transaction history.

Note: Records that we are legally required to retain (for example, certain transaction and payment records for accounting or fraud-prevention purposes) may be kept for the period required by law before being permanently removed.

📞 Can't access the app?

If you are unable to access your account, you can request the deletion of your account and data by writing to us. We will process your request and confirm by email.
